We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 2 PM (UK only). -
Free Shipping (Domestic Only):
- Orders £35+: Free shipping on vitamins and supplements.
- Orders under £35: A £3.99 postage fee applies via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for any parcel up to 1kg.

International Shipping:
Shipping fees for international orders vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, excise taxes, or VAT upon delivery. While we ensure that all necessary customs paperwork is completed, additional charges may apply based on the destination country’s regulations.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery Time Frames: Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Holidays and Peak Periods: Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods, so please allow for additional time during these periods.
3. Shipping Locations & Restrictions – International & EU
We currently offer international shipping for the following products:
- Organic Matcha
- Shilajit Mushroom Blend
- Gut Health Gummies
- Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
- Seaweed (Irish Moss)
- Multivitamin Gummies
However, due to import regulations and restrictions, some countries may have limitations on the shipment of these items.
EU Shipping:
We ship to most EU countries, but please be aware that customs clearance, VAT, and import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any additional charges.
International Shipping Restrictions:
Certain countries may have import restrictions on supplements, herbal products, or seaweed-based items. Before placing an order, we recommend checking your country’s customs regulations to ensure smooth delivery.
We do not currently ship to:
❌ Countries with strict herbal supplement restrictions
❌ Regions with customs limitations on health products
❌ Any country where these products are prohibited by law

4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost or not delivered by the expected delivery date, please contact our support team within 14 days for assistance. We will investigate the issue and provide either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
5. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Reshipping Fee:
- A £3.99 reshipping fee will be charged for domestic orders after the second delivery attempt (as per Royal Mail policy).
- For EU and international orders, the reshipping fee will be based on Royal Mail's price guide.
Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipment, including any applicable costs.

Refund Option:
If you prefer not to proceed with reshipping, you may request a refund for the product value, minus the initial shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged:
Do not accept the package from the delivery driver.
If damage is discovered after opening, do not discard the item(s). Take clear photos from all angles showing the damage before discarding any packaging or items.
Contact our customer service, within 14 days of deliver. with appropriate documentation for assistance with a replacement or refund.
7. Free Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £35 on Vitamins & supplements or within the UK.
Exclusions:
International Orders: Free shipping does not apply; additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply.
Remote Locations: Some remote or non-mainland UK locations may not be eligible for free shipping.
8. Customs Duties and Taxes on Alcohol
Domestic Shipments (Within the UK): Domestic shipments do not incur customs duties, but they are subject to VAT. All prices listed on our website include VAT, as required by UK law.
International Shipments: For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, excise taxes, and VAT upon delivery, based on the destination country's import regulations.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel using Royal Mail online tracking services to monitor the status of your delivery.
